3. The CD will be scanned and after a few seconds the track title/length
of albums/number of tracks on the CD-MP3 will be indicated in the display.
4. Press the PLAY button (5) to start CD playback.
5. Set the required volume using the volume control (6) on the audio centre, alternately using the volume
buttons (31) on the remote control.
6. The PLAY/PAUSE (5) button is used to interrupt playback for a short period (Pause). Pressing this but-
ton again restarts playback at the point of interruption.
7. Press the SKIP button DDI (forward) orIGG (back) (3) to select a track. Pressing and holding the but-
ton allows searching within the track itself.
8. On playback of an MP3-CD with directories, the required directory can be chosen using the ALBUM
button (29) on the remote control. Using the IGG SKIP buttons DDI (3) the required track can then be
selected.
9. Press the STOP Taste (4) to stop the playback of the CD.
The device is equipped with an ESP feature (only on MP3-CD playback): The audio
data are temporarily stored in order to guarantee continuous playback, even in case of
vibrations and shocks.

MP3-CD Search Function

Where MP3-CDs are used, searches can be made according to track/file or album/directory name. Of
course, this feature is only available for use where the corresponding information is saved on the CD.
Example structure of an MP3 data carrier:
ROOT/Album 01

Where MP3 files are not held in a directory, the device will order these under ROOT, album number 01.
