Proper Use
The FI- Tester is only approved for use at earthing contact sockets
with 230V/50Hz. Its purpose is to indicate the proper wiring of an
earthing socket connection in domestic use and to check the fault-
current circuit breaker (Fl) with a rated current of 10mA, 30mA,
100mA, 300mA and 500mA. The test device is approved for indoor
applications and must not be connected for socket or Fl-testing
outdoors or in damp rooms.
A use other than the above described causes damages to the pro-
duct. Furthermore, it involves hazards such as short-circuit, fire,
electric shock, etc. The entire product must not be modified or
rebuilt. The safety instructions must by all means be observed!
