• The new colour temperature value is adjusted, saved by the device and shown on the display.
• Alternatively, after 3 seconds, the selected colour temperature will be automatically set and
saved by the device. The colour temperature display will stop flashing.
8.4 Setting the channel on the device
• Switch on the device with the on / off switch (11) (if not already done)
• The currently selected channel is shown on the display in the <CH> (channel) area.
• Activate the channel section by holding down one of the multi-function buttons / rotary swit-
ches for approx. 3 to 5 seconds.
• Depending on the last used setting, the display for the channel <CH> or the group selection at
the top right of the device's display will start to flash.
• If you continue to hold down the button, the selection will change between group selection
and channel selection.
• The active setting function will be indicated by a flashing display.
• Select the channel selection.
• Press one of the multi-function buttons to set the desired remote-control channel.
• Channels from 1 to 50 can be selected.
• P ress one of the multi-function buttons once to confirm the desired channel.
• The new colour channel is set, saved by the device and shown on the display.

8.5 Setting the control group on the device

Selection of the channel and group settings on the remote control
• Ensure that the power switch on the backside of the Medow ring light 960 is <ON>. The <ON/
OFF> function on the remote control will not work if the power switch on the ring lamp is
switched off.
• Press the ON/OFF switch on the remote control once briefly to activate the display
• The currently selected setting will be shown on the display of the device and the remote
control.
• The group and channel settings on the remote control must match those of the channel and
group settings on the device. The remote control will not operate the ring light if the groups
and the channels do not match.
• P ress the <CH/GRP> button to set the channels on the remote control once briefly. The func-
tion for the channel and group selection on the remote control will start to flash. Each time you
press the <CH/GRP> button, you switch between the channel (CH=Channel) and group (A to
F) settings.
• Set the desired channel by pressing the plus <+> or minus <-> buttons on the remote control.
• C onfirm the setting by pressing the <CH/GRP> or <SET> button.
• Press <CH/GRP> again to set the group.
• T he group indicator will flash on the displays of the lamp and the remote control.
• Set the desired group by pressing the plus <+> and minus <-> buttons on the remote control.
• Groups A, B, C, D, E and F can be selected.
• Confirm the setting by pressing the <CH/GRP> or <SET> button.
• Then check whether the selected information matches on the remote control and on the de-
vice. If necessary, correct the values on the lamp as described in sections 8.4 and 8.5.
• The lamps are now ready to be operated via the remote control.
• The display of the remote control has an automatic switch off function. To reactivate the dis-
play, press the <SET> button.
