Montage der Pritsche:
12a Lange 12.1 und kurze 12.2 Bordwände abwechselnd
mit der ebenen Fläche nach unten aneinander reihen,
dabei an einem Lineal fluchtend ausrichten und an den
Stoßstellen mit einem Streifen Klebeband verbinden.

Die Bordwände aufnehmen, zu einem geschlossenen
Gebilde formen und in sich schließend mit einem
Klebestreifen sichern.
12b Pritschenboden 12.3 in die vorgesehene Sicke der
Bordwände legen und umlaufend mit mehreren
Klebestreifen sichern.

Abschließend alle Teile von innen mit Sekundenkleber
verkleben.
12c Stanzteile 12.4 und 12.5 paarweise als Planenführung
je zu vier Einheiten verkleben, darauf achten, dass
sich je zwei linke und zwei rechte ergeben.

Diese Einheiten in den Ecken der Pritsche verkleben.
12d Stanzteile 12.6 und 12.7 als Planenarretierung mitein-
ander verkleben, das 30 mm lange Halbrundprofil 12.8
in zwei gleichlange Teile schneiden und am Stanzteil
12.6 verkleben.

Diese Einheiten mittig an die Bordwände kleben.

Pritsche grundieren und lackieren.

Assembling the loading platform:
12a Place the side panels in a line, flat on the building
board, with the long panels 12.1 alternating with the
short panels 12.2. The flat edge of each panel should
be at the bottom. Check alignment using a ruler, and
apply strips of tape over the joints to hold the panels
together.

Pick up the side panels, form them into a closed rec-
tangular shape, and apply tape over the final joint to
form a hollow box.
12b Place the loading platform floor 12.3 in the channel in
the side panels, and apply several pieces of tape all
round to hold it in place.

Run cyano glue along all the joints on the inside of the
box.
12c Glue the die-cut parts 12.4 and 12.5 together in pairs
to form the four awning guides, taking care to produce
two left-hand and two right-hand assemblies.

Glue the guides in the corners of the loading platform.
12d Glue the die-cut parts 12.6 and 12.7 together to form
the awning retainers, cut the 30 mm long half-round
profiled strip 12.8 into two pieces of equal length, and
glue them to the die-cut part 12.6.

Glue these assemblies centrally to the side panels.

Prime the loading platform assembly and paint it.

Montage du plateau
12a En alternant, aligner les parois longues et courtes 12.1
et 12.2 avec la partie plate vers le bas en les centrant à
l'aide d'une règle et en liant avec un morceau de ruban
adhésif au niveau des arêtes de contact.
-
Retirer les parois, les réunir selon leur structure et les
bloquer avec un morceau de ruban adhésif.
12b Disposer le plancher du plateau 12.3 dans l'encoche
des parois et l'y fixer tout autour avec des morceaux de
ruban adhésif.

Coller ensuite tous les éléments avec de la colle cyano-
acrylate appliquée à l'intérieur.
12c Coller les éléments estampés par paires 12.4 et 12.5
comme guide-bâche pour constituer chaque fois quatre
unités de sorte qu'on en ait deux gauches et deux dro-
ites.

Coller ces unités dans les coins du plateau.
12d Coller ensemble les éléments estampés 12.6 et 12.7
sous forme de verrouillage de la bâche, couper le profilé
semi-circulaire 12.8 en deux morceaux identiques et
coller à l'élément estampé 12.6.

Coller ces unités au milieu aux parois.
-
Apprêter le plateau avant de le peindre.
