Montage der Plane:
-
Die Schnittkanten der Plane 13.1 glätten.
-
Die Stirnwände 13.2 und 13.3 einsetzen. Hinweis: Die
Stirnwand 13.2 ist mit angedeuteten Schallbohrungen
für einen Lautsprecher versehen. Bei Einbau eines
Soundmoduls die Löcher ø 3 mm bohren. Wird auf
den Einbau eines Lautsprechers verzichtet, die
Stirnwand so drehen, daß die Markierungen innen lie-
gen. Stirnwände mit Sekundenkleber einkleben. Maß
154 mm einhalten.
-
Die langen L-Profile 13.4 spaltfrei einpassen und ein-
kleben.
-
Ebenso kurze L-Profile 13.5 einpassen und einkleben.
-
Die Gummihalterungen 13.6 mittig über dem L-Profil
13.4 einkleben.
-
Den S-Haken 13.7 in einem der Gummiringe 13.8 ein-
hängen. Gummiringe ineinanderschlingen.
-
Gummiring in einem Halter einschlingen, S-Haken im
zweiten Halter einhängen.
-
Die Bohrschablonen „S1" und „S2" (Seite 49) austren-
nen und auf ein geeignetes Stück Karton kleben.
-
Die Schablonen nacheinander auf den Stirnseiten bzw.
Längsseiten mit Klebeband fixieren. Löcher für die
Splinte 13.9 der Planenverspannung mit ø 1,5 mm
bohren. Falls gewünscht, die Plane jetzt lackieren.
-
Die Schenkel der Splinte um ca. 10 mm kürzen.
Splinte einsetzen, Schenkel innen umbiegen und mit
Klebstoff sichern. Auf fluchtenden Verlauf der
Splintaugen achten.
-
Litzenstücke 13.10 als Planenverspannung einziehen,
Enden mit Klebstoff an den Splinten sichern.
-
Gewünschtes Dekor aufbringen.

Assembling the awning:
-
Sand the cut edges of the awning 13.1 smooth.
-
Insert the front and back panels 13.2 and 13.3. Note:
the front panel 13.2 includes moulded-in depressions
marking the position of the sound holes for a louds-
peaker. If you intend to install a sound module, drill 3
mm Ø holes at the marked points. If you don't want to
fit a loudspeaker, turn the panel round so that the mar-
ked points are on the inside. Glue the front and back
panels in place with cyano, keeping to the 154 mm
dimension as shown.

Trim the long angle-section strips 13.4 to fit neatly,
without gaps, and glue them in place.
-
Repeat the procedure with the short angle-section
strips 13.5.
-
Glue the rubber band holders 13.6 centrally over the
angle-section strip 13.4.
-
Connect the S-hook 13.7 to one of the rubber bands
13.8, and loop the rubber bands together as shown.
-
Attach the rubber band to one of the holders, and
connect the S-hook to the second holder.
-
Cut out the hole templates „S1" and „S2" and glue
them to a suitable piece of card.
-
Tape the templates to the front and back panels and
the long side panels in turn, and use them to drill the
1.5 mm Ø holes for the split pins 13.9 which secure
the awning guys. If you wish to paint the awning, this
is the time to do it.
-
Shorten the shanks of the split pins by about 10 mm,
and insert them in the holes. Splay the ends of the
pins on the inside. Check that the eyes of the split pins
are in line with each other, then secure each one with
a drop of glue.
-
Thread the lengths of braided wire 13.10 through the
split pins to form the awning guys, and glue the ends
to the last split pins.
-
Apply the decals in the arrangement shown (or use
your own scheme).

Montage de la bâche :
-
Lisser l'arête de coupe de la bâche 13.1.
-
Mettre les parties frontales 13.2 et 13.3 en place. À
noter : la partie 13.2 est unie de repères de sonorisati-
on pour un haut-parleur. Si vous montez un module de
sonorisation, percer des trous de Ø 3 mm. Si vous ne
montez pas de haut-parleur, tourner la bâche de telle
sorte que les repères se trouvent à l'intérieur. Coller
les parties frontales avec de la colle cyanoacrylate.
Tenir compte de la cote mentionnée de 154 mm.
-
Ajuster les profilés en L longs 13.4 sans joint apparent
et les coller.
-
Ajuster de la même manière les profilés courts 13.5 et
les coller.
-
Coller les supports d'élastique 13.6 au centre, au-des-
sus du profilé en L 13.4.
-
Accrocher le crochet S 13.7 dans un des élastiques
13.8. Entortiller les élastiques.
-
Enrouler un élastique à un support, accrocher le cro-
chet S dans le second support.
-
Détacher les gabarits de perçage « S1 » et S2 » (page
49) et les coller sur un morceau de carton approprié.
-
Fixer les gabarits successivement sur les parties fron-
tales et les parties longitudinales avec des morceaux
de ruban adhésif. Percer les trous de Ø 1,5 mm pour
la goupille 13.9 de tension de la bâche. Si nécessaire,
peindre la bâche à ce moment-là.
-
Raccourcir les broches de la goupille de 10 mm envi-
ron. Mettre la goupille en place, plier les broches à
l'intérieur et les coller. Veiller à ce que l'œil des goupil-
les se trouve en ligne.
-
Enfiler le morceau de fil 13.10 comme tendeur de
bâche. Fixer les extrémités avec de la colle cyano-
acrylate aux goupilles.
-
Appliquer la décoration souhaitée.
