Assembly
• Note: For safety reasons, the feet (and castors) must be fitted
before the radiator is used.
• Press the castors securely into the bottom of the feet.
• The feet should be fitted between the outermost fins for
maximum stability.
1. Turn the radiator upside down and place it on a soft but firm and level surface.
It is normal to hear oil moving inside the radiator.
2. Hold the foot at the side of the radiator and push the hooked end of the U-bolt
through one of the outer holes.
3. Slide the foot into place so that the U-bolt encircles the round bar in the middle of
the radiator.
4. Push the threaded end of the U-bolt up through the outer hole at the other end of
the foot.
5. Tighten the U-bolt using the wing nut.
6. Turn the radiator right side up.
Note: The oil must be given time to run back down and
settle before use. Wait approx. 5 minutes before switching
the radiator on.
Note: The radiator must not be used if any of the feet or
castors are damaged or missing.
