Pressure calibration
By turning the black wheel. Maximum pressure 220 bar. Turn clockwise to increase pressure;
Turn anti-clockwise to reduce pressure.
Taking in cleaning agent
Insert the chemical strainer into a container with cleaning agent. Open the control valve on the lance pipe to allow the
injector to take in the cleaning agent. When you close the control valve by turning it, the supply of chemicals is auto-
matically shut off. Allow the cleaning agent to take effect and then remove by spraying off at high pressure.
An admixing ratio of 3 - 5 % is possible with the control valve fully open.
Observe the additive manufacturer's instructions (e.g. on personal protection) and waste water regulations!
Decommissioning
1.
Switch off the device
2.
Shut off the water supply
3.
Open the gun briefly to relieve the pressure
4.
Clean the gun
5.
Disconnect the water hose and gun
1.
Never operate the pressure cleaner if children or other
unauthorised persons are in the vicinity and prevent
access by such persons.
2.
Never point the water jet at people or animals!
3.
Never clean the device with high pressure or a water
jet!
4.
Never pull the HP hose if it is looped or kinked!
Never pull the hose over sharp edges!
Troubleshooting aids
Not enough or no water exiting through the nozzle:
•
Manometer shows pressure approx. 10 % above ope-
rating pressure!
1.
If the injector is soiled, remove the hose first!
2.
Switch on the water supply. You should see a power-
ful jet of water.
3.
If you only see a weak jet of water,
4.
... straighten a paper clip,
5.
... use a spanner to loosen the injector,
6.
and remove it including the spring and non-return val-
ve!
7.
Clean the injector thoroughly from both sides. Make
sure that you refit the non-return valve!
8.
Check the water jet again!
9.
Now replace the hose,
10.
and you can start work again straight away!

Drain the pump: run the engine for approx. 20
seconds
7.
Winter: Store the pump in a frost-free room
8.
Clean the water filter
