Troubleshooting aids
Nozzle clogged:
• There is no water exiting from the nozzle, although the
manometer indicates full pressure!
1. Start by flushing the hose to remove any build up!
2. You should see a powerful jet of water!
3. If water just drips out of the lance,
4. remove it and clean the nozzle!
5. Now straighten a paper clip and clean the nozzle!
a. Insert a sharp object into the hole
b. and pull back the cap!
c. Clean the nozzle.
6. You only need to clean the front nozzle on the flat jet
lance!
7. Visually check if the nozzle is clean!
8. You can start re-using the device.
Valve soiled or clogged:
• Manometer does not show full pressure
• The high pressure hose vibrates
• Water exits intermittently
• Valves can become clogged if you have not used the
device for an extended period.
1. If a valve is clogged,
2. the manometer will show little or no pressure!
3. Or the high pressure hose will vibrate!
4. Use a ring spanner to open the valve...
5. ... and remove the valve screw, the valve and the
rubber ring,
6. straighten a paper clip,...
7. ... and use it to remove the dirt from the valve; the
inside valve must be closed!
8. Push the rubber seal back in tight!
9. Re-tighten the valve screw!
10. and repeat this for all 6 valves!
11. You can start re-using the device.
