Annual servicing
At least once a year, the entire Riverpack has to
be serviced. In case of malfunctions, servicing
is required beforehand; please also refer to the
instructions for use of Turbelle® e-jet and Osmolator.
Whilst servicing, no skimming will take place, which
is no risk for the inhabitants of the aquarium for
about an hour.
Remove the filter bell; put the pumps and the
Osmolator out of operation and remove the Comline
Riverpack from the tank.
Disassemble the filter pump and carry out any
servicing work required (1).
Clean and check the sensors of the Osmolator.
Granovit should not be removed from the bio-reactor,
on the contrary, any missing granulate should be
topped up. In case of visible silting below the Filter
Mat 3179.050, wash Granovit (2) or replace 50 per
cent (Article No. 873.95).
Use clear water to flush the storage container.
Reassemble the various components; start up the
plant, and top up water, if and when required.
Entretien annuel
Nous conseillons de réaliser un entretien complet
de la filtration Riverpack par an. Lors d'un
disfonctionnement, cet entretien pourrait intervenir
plus tôt. Voir les notices d'utilisation de Turbelle®
e-jet et Osmolator. Durant cette intervention,
l'aquarium est privé de sa filtration ce qui ne devrait
pas présenter de risques pour les animaux.
Déposez la cloche de filtration, débranchez la
pompe et l'Osmolator puis retirez entièrement
Comline Riverpack de l'aquarium.
Déposez la pompe de filtration et procédez à son
entretien (1).
Nettoyez et contrôlez les capteurs de l'Osmolator.
Le Granovit ne doit pas être retiré du réacteur mais
éventuellement complété. En cas de salissure
visible sous le filtre de répartition 3179.050, lavez
le Granovit (2) ou remplacez 50% de son volume
(réf. 873.95).
Rincez le réservoir à l'eau claire.
Remontez les différents composants puis démarrez
l'installation en rajoutant de l'eau le cas échéant.
