Proceed as follows:
1. After selecting this function H1 "HEAT OR COOL" and confi rm-
ing with "OK" (5), the display "HEAT" or "COOL" fl ashes at the
right of the display.
2. Use the buttons "–" (3) and "+" (2) to switch between "HEAT"
and "COOL" now.
"HEAT" = Heating mode
"COOL" = cooling mode
3. Confi rm the selection with "OK" (5).
The room thermostat is then in the previous menu for selec-
tion of functions again.
To leave the menu and return to the regular display, push the
button "MENU" (4), repeatedly if required.
When initially commissioning the room thermostat, al-
ways observer that the correct operating mode is set,
depending on whether you want to control a heating or
a cooling unit.
The basic pre-setting is "HEAT".
