11. Troubleshooting

If the equipment is operated properly you should experience no problems with malfunctions or faults. In the
event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer services.
Fault
Appliance does not heat up
Appliance does not heat up
Appliance does not heat up
Ventilator does not work (only
CH-2000/1 TT)
Possible cause
Mains plug not inserted into the
socket
The thermostat controller is set
too low
Overheating guard has been
triggered
Ventilator switch is switched OFF
Remedy
Insert the plug into the socket
Turn the thermostat controller to
the right to raise the temperature
See paragraph 7.5
Switch on the ventilator switch
