Trike mit Federung
Laufräder demontieren
1. Lösen Sie die drei M5 Torx-Schrauben (1) leicht, bis Sie den
Kettenschutz abziehen können.
2. Lösen Sie beide M6 Schrauben (2) der Bremszange und bauen
Sie die Bremszange ab.
3. Halten Sie die Excenterschraube (3) mit einer 13 mm Steck-
nuss fest und drehen Sie die M8 Schraube (4) mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
heraus.
4. Nehmen Sie die Kette von dem vorderen Ritzel.
5. Nehmen Sie das Laufrad ab.
6. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 bis 5 auf der anderen Seite.
Laufräder montieren
1. Setzen Sie das Laufrad an die Schwinge und legen Sie die
Kette über beide Ritzel.
2. Führen Sie die Excenterschraube (3) durch die Schwinge und
die Nabe.
3. Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der M8 Schraube (4) mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm handfest an.
4. Spannen Sie die Kette, indem Sie die Excenterschraube entge-
gen der Fahrtrichtung drehen.
5. Halten Sie die Excenterschraube mit einem Steckschlüssel 13
mm fest und ziehen Sie die M8 Schraube einem Drehmoment
von 23 Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest.
6. Setzen Sie den Kettenschutz von oben und unten hinter das
Abdeckprofil und ziehen Sie die drei M5 Torx Schrauben (1)
mit 6 Nm fest.
7. Richten Sie die Bremszange aus und ziehen Sie die M6
Innensechskantschrauben (2) mit 9 Nm fest. Verwenden Sie
mittelfesten Schraubenkleber.
8. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 bis 7 auf der anderen Seite.
Achtung!
Die M8 Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigung müssen
unbedingt mit 23 Nm angezogen werden. Bei geringerem
Anzugsdrehmoment kann sich die Verschraubung lösen und
der Antrieb ausfallen. Verwenden Sie mittelfesten Schrau-
benkleber.

Removing the wheels

1. Loosen the three M5 Torx bolts (1) just enough to remove
the chain guard.
2. Unscrew the two M6 bolts (2) of the brake caliper, and re-
move the caliper.
3. Then, while bracing the eccentric bolt (3) with a 13mm socket
wrench, remove the M8 bolt (4) by turning it counterclock-
wise with a 6mm Allen key.
4. Remove the chain from the front spocket.
5. Remove the wheel.
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 on the other side.

Installing the wheels

1. Hold the wheel against the swing arm, and pull the chain
around both sprockets.
2. Then insert the eccentric bolt (3) through the swing arm and
the hub.
3. Attach the wheel using the M8 bolt (4) and a 6mm Allen key,

tightening lightly.
4. Tension the chain by turning the eccentric bolt towards the
rear of the trike.
5. Then, while bracing the eccentric bolt with a 13mm socket
wrench, tighten the M8 bolt by turning it clockwise with a
torque 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs).
6. Join the upper and lower halves of the chain guard behind the
key-shaped cover plate, and tighten the three M5 Torx bolts
(1) with a torque of 6 Nm (4.4 ft-lbs).
7. Hold the brake caliper in the correct position, and attach
it using the two M6 Allen bolts (2) with medium-strength
threadlocker. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 9 Nm (6.6
ft-lbs).
8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 on the other side.
Caution!
It is absolutely essential that the M8 bolts for securing the
hub be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs). If
the bolts are tightened with insufficient torque, they could
come loose, and the drivetrain system could fail. Use medi-
um-strength threadlocker.
