Prescribed use
The prescribed use of the device covers the charge of 1 to 4
rechargeable NiCd and NiMh storage batteries of the sizes Mignon
(AA) and Micro (AAA). As voltage source use a 230 V (50Hz) socket
or a 12 V/DC voltage source (cigarette lighter of a car) only. Operate
and store the device in dry environments and indoors only. Do not
expose the device to moisture.
Any use other than one described above might damage this
product. Moreover, this involves dangers, such as short-
circuit, fire, electric shock etc. Always observe the safety
instructions!
Safety instructions
In the case of any damages which are caused due to the
failure to observe these operating instructions, the
guarantee will expire! We do not assume liability for
resulting damages!
An exclamation mark in a triangle points out important
instructions in the operating manual. Carefully read the whole
operating manual before putting the device into operation.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the unit is
inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons.
Use this device only for charging nickel-metallic hydride (NiMH) and
nickel-cadmium (NiCd) storage batteries. Never recharge single-use
batteries! Do not use the charger for charging rechargeable alkali
storage batteries (RAM).
Never short-circuit the charging contacts or storage batteries!
It is normal that batteries get warm during the charging procedure.
Please handle recharged batteries with care!
Neither the device nor storage batteries are toys for children. Keep
them out of reach of children!
Charge only batteries which are suitable for the charging current of
800 mA (mignon) or 300 mA (micro).

possible de passer dierectement au mode de recharge rapide en
appuyant à nouveau sur la touche „Refresh/Charge" ce qui
interrompt le procédé de rafraîchissement/de décharge !
Les accus au NiMH ahute performance de Conrad-Energy n'ont pas
cet effet de mémorisation de l'état de décharge. C'est à dire que vous
pouvez les recharger même s'ils ne sont pas encore complètement
déchargés. Grâce à leur capacité à livrer une plus grande quantité de
courant, ils conviennent plus particulièrement bien à l'alimentation
d'appareils photo numériques, d'appareils à radio-transmission etc.
Entretien et Nettoyage
Séparez le chargeur de toute alimentation en courant avant tout
nettoyage ou entretien et retirez les accus. Pour le nettoyage de la
surface de l'appareil, un chiffon doux et sec suffit. N'utilisez jamais de
liquide ni de détergent. Une réparation ne peut être effectuée que par
un spécialiste connaissant les prescriptions légales (VDE 100, VDE
0701).
Elimination des déchets
Jetez l'appareil devenu inutilisable après une panne suivant les lois
en vigueur.
