Introduction
Dear customer,
we thank you for your acquiring the rapid charging set
UFC-1. The product which you purchased is a set which
was built according to the current state of the art.
This product is EMC-tested and, therefore, satisfies the
standards of the established European and national gui-
delines. CE-conformity has been proved; the relevant
documents are in the manufacturer's possession.
We kindly request the user to respect this operating
manual to preserve this condition and to ensure safe
operation.

Prescribed use

The prescribed use of the set comprises charging,
discharging, and refreshing rechargeable NiCd and
NiMH accumulators of the Mignon (AA) and Micro (AAA)
types. The only voltage sources which require to be
used are the plug-in power supply set (voltage supplied
for the plug-in power supply set: 230 V AC) which is
comprised in the delivery or the accompanying cigaret-
te lighter adapter cable (voltage supply for the automo-
bile battery: 12 V DC). Keep and operate the set only in a
dry environment; avoid contact with moisture.

Afin de maintenir l'appareil en bon état et d'en assurer

Restrictions d'utilisation:

Cet appareil permet la charge, la décharge et le «
rafraîchissement » d'accus rechargeables NiCd et NiMH
du type R6 Mignon (AA) et R3 Micro (AAA). Seuls l'adap-
tateur pour l'alimentation en courant joint (alimentation
en courant de l'adaptateur 230V AC) ou le câble adapta-
teur joint pour l'alimentation par la prise allume-cigare
(alimentation en courant par la batterie voiture 12V- DC)
peuvent être utilisés. Fonctionnement et stockage
seulement dans des endroits secs, le contact avec l'hu-
midité est à éviter.
