11.11 Automatic power-off

• Switch on the walkie-talkie.
• Press the "S" button or the "F" button until "POF" is dis-
played and press the "Enter" button to go to settings mode.
• Press buttons "S" or "F" to select the desired time setting (00
to 12 hours). Select "00" to deactivate the function.
• Press the "Enter" button again to confirm and activate the
settings.
Please note that the symbols for the automatic power-off func-
tion (A and F, see chapter "8. Display") are displayed when
automatic power-off is active.
11.12 Activating/deactivating the button lock
To activate the button lock, hold down the "Enter" button and the
"S" button for one second simultaneously . The button lock
symbol (E) is displayed.
Proceed in the same way to deactivate the button lock.

11.13 Backlight

Press any button to activate the backlight.
