Handle
The compressor handle is to be assembled as follows:
Wheels, Fig. 3
1 When mounting the wheels (12), begin by placing a
wheel bolt with a washer through the wheel. Then insert
a washer and a hex head nut.
2 Slide the wheel through the clip under the tank.
3 Then fasten it with a disc, a safety glass, and a nut and
tighten them together.
4 Repeat this process for the second wheel.
Rubber Bumper, Figure 4
Secure the rubber bumper on the bracket on the front side
of the tank. Use the enclosed screws, washers, and nuts.
Oil, Figure 5, 5.1
Warning: It is imperative that you check the oil level before
using the machine for the first time!
Operation of the machine without oil will cause irreparable
damage and invalidate the guarantee.
1 Remove the plastic oil filler plug located in the crank
box of the compressor housing.
2 Fill the crankcase with oil, until the oil level in the oil-
level indicator (16) reaches the centre of the circular
marking.
3 Close the opening using the sealing plug (14) included
in the delivery.
Air filter, Fig. 6
Warning: Both air filters must be mounted before the first
use. Operation without air filters damages the compressor
and the warranty will lapse.
Both air filters (15) are screwed in and tightened at the
top of the cylinder heads.
Montage
Poignée
La poignée du modèle doit être montée de la façon suivante:
Roues, Fig. 3
1 Pour fixer les roues (12), faites d'abord passer un disque
avec boulon de roue à travers la roue. Puis ajoutez une
rondelle et un écrou hexagonal.
2 Introduire l'ensemble de la roue dans la patte sous le
réservoir.
3 Le fixer avec une rondelle, une rondelle de sécurité et
un écrou et bien serrer.
4 Répéter cette opération pour seconde roue.
Pieds en caoutchouc, Fig. 4
Fixez les pieds en caoutchouc sur la patte inférieure à
l'avant du réservoir en vous servant de la vis, des rondelles
et de l'écrou fournis.
Huile, Fig. 5, 5.1
Avertissement : il est impératif de vérifier le niveau d'huile
avant la première utilisation !
Un fonctionnement sans huile cause des dommages
irréparables à l'appareil et annule la garantie.
1 Retirez le bouchon de remplissage d'huile en plastique
sur la partie supérieure du carter de vilebrequin du
carter du compresseur.
2 Versez l'huile dans le carter jusqu'à ce que le niveau
d'huile dans l'indicateur de niveau d'huile (16) atteigne
le centre de la marque circulaire.
3 Refermez l'ouverture avec le bouchon d'étanchéité (14)
fourni.
Filtre à air, Fig. 6
Attention : les deux filtres à air doivent être mis en place
avant la première utilisation. Une exploitation sans filtres
à air endommage le compresseur et annule la garantie.
Les deux filtres à air (15) doivent être vissés en haut, sur
les culasses et bien serrés.
