7.1.6 Recording/playing and deleting an outgoing message (OGM)
Two outgoing messages of 3 minutes can be recorded (OGM1 and OGM2).
•
Outgoing message 1 for the answering function and the possibility for callers to leave a
message.
•
Outgoing message 2 for the answering function without allowing callers to leave a
messages on the machine (answer only).
If no outgoing message is recorded, a pre-recorded outgoing message will
be used.

Enter the menu by pressing

Select TAM SETTINGS using the up
3.
Press OK
4.
Select OGM SETTINGS and press OK
5.
Select:
PLAY OGM: to play and hear the outgoing message
RECORD OGM: to record the outgoing message
Delete OGM: to erase the outgoing message

Select the outgoing message you want to play/delete or record and press OK:
If you have selected to play the OGM you will hear the OGM
If you have selected to delete the OGM the pre-recorded OGM will be played
If you have selected to record a OGM the internal voice will ask to start speaking after
the tone. You can end the recording by pressing the '#'-key. The recording will be
played back.
7.1.7 Selecting the Outgoing message (answering mode)
To set the answering mode by the base:

7.1.8 Setting the day
During playback of messages you will hear the day and time when the messages are
recorded. The time is set by the internal clock (See "Setting the time" on page 17) but the
day need to be set seperatly:
