IMPORTANT NOTES
MAINTENANCE
– The filter on the pre-heater should be periodically cleaned (13, fig. 1); if it is blocked, the pressure
read on the pressure gauge is lower (10, fig. 1).
– The pump also has a large-mesh filter (0.5 mm), therefore frequent cleaning is not required.
– Empty any water inside the pre-heater tank from the outlet valve (16, fig. 1).
– Clean the photoresistance
– Clean the ignition electrodes
– Clean the turbulator diffuser disc.
REPLACING THE REGULATION THERMOSTAT
This is done by unthreading the
old probe from the hole in the tank,
and inserting the new one in the
same hole (see the figure along-
side).
NOTE
when the burner is running at an output above 18
kg/h, remove the panel fitted inside the cover (see
the figure alongside).
