ADJUSTING THE FUEL ATOMISATION TEMPERATURE
The regulation thermostat (8, fig. 1) stops the burner from starting up until the fuel temperature
has reached the required level for good atomisation.
It must normally be set at a level above that actually required
Fuel temperature is taken by the thermometer (12, fig. 1). After a few minutes running, retouch if
necessary.
The minimum contact thermostat (9, fig. 1) triggers by blocking the burner if the fuel temperature
falls below the required level for good combustion.
LINE FILTER
The choice of the line filter is very important to guarantee the burner works correctly.
The following can be chosen:
1 - basket filter code 3004588 (filtering level 0.300 mm).
2 - comb filter code 3000861 (filtering level 0.200 mm),
The line filter must be cleaned when the depression measured at the vacuometer attachment
(4, fig. 1) exceeds 30 cm Hg (= 4 m c.a.).
PRESSURE GAUGE PROTECTION VALVE
Once the atomisation pressure has been checked with the burner running, the pressure gauge
(10, fig. 1) should be protected from the knocks it receives each time the burner fires. To do this,
close the protection valve with the burner off and the pressure gauge at 0 bar.
