Cause:
The spring had not yet been
activated. The roller shutter
stops against the sliders*
which have become stuck in
the guide rails
One or both springs is/are not
engaged.
The spring is slack and is
located at the end of the
guide rail.
Increased friction
Oorzaak:
De veer werd nog niet
geactiveerd. Het rolluik loopt
tegen de in de geleidingsrail
vergrendelde glijstukken*
Een of beide veren is / zijn
niet ingehaakt.
De veer is niet meer
gespannen en bevindt zich
aan het eindstuk van de
geleider.
Verhoogde wrijving
Remedy:
1.1 Pull the roller shutter out of the casing: The spring
retention audibly engages in the slider*.
1.2 Push the roller shutter partly into the casing: The slider*
audibly disengages from the stop bolt.
Use a screwdriver or an Allen key to pick up the slider* and
pull it up behind the stop bolt. Push the stop bolt down and
hook in the slider*.
Remove the slide rail if necessary. Then activate the spring.
2.3 Spray the running surfaces in the housings and springs
in the deflectors at the end of the guide rails with resin, acid
and silicone-free lubricating spray (e.g. WD40).
Oplossing:
1.1 Het rolluik uit de behuizing trekken: De
veerophanging klikt hoorbaar in het glijstuk*.
1.2 Het rolluik iets in de behuizing schuiven: Het
glijstuk* komt hoorbaar los van de arrêteerpen.
Met behulp van een schroevendraaier of een
inbussleutel het glijstuk* tot achter de arrêteerpen
trekken. De arrêteerpen indrukken en het glijstuk* eraan
haken.
Zo nodig geleiders demonteren. Vervolgens moet de
veer worden geactiveerd.
2.3 Loopvlakken in de kasten en veren in de bochten 3
aan het eind van de geleiders met hars-, zuur- en
siliconenvrije sprayolie (bijv. WD40) inspuiten.
