TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
Sound cannot be heard.
"MISWIRING CHECK
Ensemble
WIRING THEN PWR ON"
appears.
"PROTECTING SEND
SERVICE" appears.
Source cannot be selected.
DAB reception is poor.
"CHK ANTENNA"
"RELATED SRV FOUND"
• Radio reception is poor.
• Static noise while
listening to the radio.
Remedy
• Adjust the volume to the optimum level.
• Check the cords and connections.
Turn the power off, then check to be sure the
terminals of the speaker wires are insulated properly.
Turn the power on again.
Send the unit to the nearest service center.
Check the [SRC SELECT] setting. ( 4)
Make sure [ON] is selected for [DAB ANT PWR].

Check the DAB antenna. If a passive antenna (without
a booster) is used, set [DAB ANT PWR] to [OFF].

• Press the volume knob to activate Soft-Link. ( 9)
• Press to cancel.
Connect the antenna firmly.
