Troubleshooting

11.1 Faults with display

11.2 Faults without display

Fault
The vehicle cannot be started
Engine is running erratically
Engine is running, but vehicle is
only driving slowly or is not driv-
ing at all

Cause
Engine is overheated
Hydraulic oil temperature
too low or too high
Battery is not being
charged
Remedy
Turn on the main switch.
Sit down on the driver seat and step on the brake pedal
Charging or replacing battery
Fill in fuel, deaerate the fuel system
Clean or replace fuel filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Contact the authorised customer service.
Clean or replace air filter
Change fuel filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Contact the authorised customer service.
Release parking brake
Check the warning light for the hydraulic oil filter of the travel drive (see Chapter "Driving/
Starting the engine")
Switch off work hydraulics PTO if no attachment is connected
Pull the hand throttle back to the end position (see Chapter "Driving"
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Contact the authorised customer service.
Contact the authorised customer service.
Remedy
Set the engine speed to idle.
Clean radiator (see Chapter "Maintenance
and care").
Check the level of cooling liquid in the engine.
If the warning lamp does not turn off within 5
minutes, shut off the engine and contact Cus-
tomer Service.
Temperature too high: Let the motor idle until
the warning light is off.
Temperature too low: Carefully warm up the
motor until the warning light is off.
Call Customer Service.
