Ice cream removal
17. Before removing ice cream, press
the ON/OFF butt on and unplug the
appliance from the power outlet.
18. Remove the clear lid.
19. Remove the ice cream bowl from
the power unit and carefully twist the
mixing paddle out of the ice cream. If
the ice cream bowl has slightly frozen
and cannot easily be removed from the
power unit, simply wait a few minutes
before removing.
20. Scoop the ice cream into the
desired container. Do not use pointy or
sharp implements as they may scratch
the ice cream bowl. The use of plastic
or wooden implements such as a
silicone spatula is recommended.

CLEANING AND CARE

Before cleaning, always turn off the appliance, remove the plug from
the power supply and allow the appliance to cool down.
1. Never wash the appliance under
water or other liquid. The power unit
should never come into contact with
liquid.
2. Do not use any abrasive cleaning
implements.
3. The removable part s may be washed
in warm water with a mild detergent.
Do not wash part s in the dishwasher.
21. A new ice cream batch can be
prepared immediately aft er another.
Simply start again at step 1.
22. Tip: When making sorbet or a
fruit-based ice cream transfer the ice
cream into a freezer-safe container
immediately aft er the cycle ends.
Place the container in the freezer
for a maximum of 15 minutes to fully
freeze the ice cream. If this step is
not completed, the ice cream may be
frozen on the outside but slightly runny
on the inside.
23. When you are done with your ice
cream-making, press the ON/OFF
butt on to turn the machine off and pull
the power plug out.
4. Wipe the outside of the power unit
with a damp cloth.
5. Dry all part s thoroughly with a cloth
before reassembling.
