4.6 Precautions after usage
• Before servicing the auger or making repairs, always stop
the engine, remove the plug cap from the spark plug, and
allow the engine to cool down.
• Before storing the auger, drain all remaining fuel and wipe
the equipment clean of dirt and weeds. Never store the
auger near live flames.

6 Assembly instructions
1. Pull the bolt from its hole.
2. Align the hole on the gear shaft and drill pole, then insert
the bolt over the shaft with pin protection.

7.1

Before usage

7.1.1 Checks
1. Make sure no parts are loose or missing. This goes especially
for the spark plug.
2. Check the air intake and outlet for clogging. This machine
uses an air-cooled engine. If the air passage is blocked, the
engine may overheat.
3. Make sure the air filter is not dirty. A dirty air filter will
cause the auger to consume more fuel during work.
4. Check that the spark plug is not dead.
7.1.2 Check oil

1. Change the oil once after the first 50 working hours and
every 100 working hours thereafter. Change oil while the
gear case is still warm.
2. Add 250 cc of oil. (SAE 80 - 90 gear oil).
3. Do not add oil past the drain plug hole. To determine the oil
level, stand the auger upright on the drill. Oil level should
be at the bottom of the drain plug hole.

7.2 Motor
7.2.1 Preparations before starting the motor.
1. Fill the tank with fuel. Use the mixture of gasoline
composed of normal gasoline of automobile and exclusive
oil for two stroke motor.

Precaution
a. If you use the fuel with inadequate mixture of
proportion, it will result in insufficient power or
incorrect function of the motor.
b. Wipe off all excess gasoline. It can stain your clothes or
cause a fire.
2. Cable regulator of accelerator

1 Adjust the screw of the accelerator cable.

Adjust the belt until it is between 1.0 and 2.0 mm. Any excessive
band will make the motor fail.
7.2.2 Start
1. Move the principal switch from the position STOP. The
motor will not be started while the principal switch is in the
position STOP.
2. Press the orange button above the handle and move the
lever of medium acceleration in the direction of the arrow,
then press the strangulation lever until it is locked.
3. Loosen the accelerator lever; this will lock the lever of
medium acceleration. Now you can start the motor.

4. Press the flask control button several times with your finger,
thus pumping the fuel, and a smooth start is ensured.(More
than ten times).

5. Move the choke lever to completely closed position. When
the fuel is ready and the motor is heated move the choke
lever to completely open position.

6. Grasp the starter controller and vehemently pull it.
