the display. 100 ºC
appears as the default
temperature.

The oven heats up before cooking. The steam
atmosphere required forms in the cooking
compartment. The set cooking time does not count
down until the oven has heated up. The time taken to
heat up varies according to the type, starting
temperature and amount of food. It depends on the
set temperature.
Temperature Time to heat up
100 ºC 7 15 minutes
90 ºC / 80 ºC 4 8 minutes
70 ºC / 60 ºC approx. 2 minutes
You can set any time between 5 and 60 minutes.
Example: 30 minutes, temperature 90 ºC.
Please note:
The steam oven must heat up first so the meal will
take longer to cook.
