3. CD-Teil ausbauen
- Frontblende abnehmen (Pkt. 2).
- 2 Schrauben e (kurz), 2 Schrauben f (lang) und Schraube g
herausdrehen (Fig. 3 und 5).
- CD-Teil nach oben abnehmen (Flexprint!).
- Bei Bedarf Steckverbindungen lösen.
- Achtung: Die Lasereinheit ist sehr empfindlich gegen statische
Aufladungen (MOS-Bauteile)!
Schließen Sie deshalb die Flexprintleitung zur Lasereinheit vor dem
Abziehen mit einer Büroklammer kurz (Fig. 6).

4. Chassis-Seitenteil (mit Cassettenplatte) abnehmen
- Frontblende abnehmen (Pkt. 2).
- 2 Schrauben i

herausdrehen (Fig. 9).
- 2 Schrauben j herausdrehen (Fig. 7).
- Seitenteil mit Cassettenplatte abnehmen (Fig. 8).
- Bei Bedarf Steckverbindungen lösen.
- Zum Ausbau der Cassettenplatte 4 Schrauben k (Fig. 7) heraus-
drehen und die Platte nach vorne herausziehen.

5. Control-CD-Platte ausbauen
- CD-Teil ausbauen (Pkt. 3)
- 4 Schrauben i herausdrehen (Fig. 9).
- Steckverbindungen lösen.
- Control-CD-Platte nach oben herausnehmen.

3. Removing the CD Unit
- Remove the front panel (para 2).
- Undo 2 screws e (short), 2 screws f (long) and screw g
(Fig. 3 and 5).
- Remove the CD unit towards the top (flexprint!).
- Disconnect the plug-in connections if necessary.
- Attention: The laser unit is very sensitive to static charges
(MOS components)!
Therefore, short-circuit the flexprint to the laser unit with a paper clip
before disconnecting it (Fig. 6).

4. Removing the Chassis Side Part (with Cassette PCB)
- Remove the front panel (para 2).
- Undo 2 screws i
1 (Fig. 9).
- Undo 2 screws j (Fig. 7).
- Remove the chassis side part with cassette PCB (Fig. 8).
- Disconnect the plug-in connections if necessary.
- For taking out the cassette PCB, undo 4 screws k (Fig. 7) and
remove the board towards the front.

5. Removing the Control CD PCB
- Remove the CD unit (para 3).
- Undo 4 screws i (Fig. 9).
- Disconnect the plug-in connections.
- Lift the control CD PCB to remove it.
