11. Replacing the propeller

Proceed as follows to replace the propeller:
• Use a suitable tool to remove the lock nut from the propeller (turn the lock nut to the left (anticlockwise) and hold
the propeller in place).
Warning!
The propeller has very sharp edges. Wrap the propeller in a suitable cloth to avoid injuring yourself.
• Remove the propeller from the shaft.
• Attach the new propeller to the shaft, ensuring that the curved parts point backwards.
• Secure the propeller to the lock nut that you previously removed.

12. Maintenance and cleaning

Check the components and functionality regularly for any signs of damage. All moving parts should move freely, but
there must be not any slackness in the bearing.
Regularly inspect the tubes in the water cooling system for signs of damage, and check that they are securely in place.
Clean the outside of the boat with a soft, damp cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning chemicals or detergents, as
these may damage the surface of the boat.

To repair damage to the hull, use a non water-soluble glue that is suitable for ABS plastics. We recommend using
5 Minute Epoxy glue.
