Alu-Tuning-Rotorwelle
Best.-Nr. 20 53 02
1. Schrauben der Kabinenhaube entfernen, Kabinenhaube abnehmen
2. Schrauben der Landekufen entfernen, Landekufen abnehmen
3. Schraube entfernen, Befestigungsring und unteres Hauptzahnrad entfernen
4. Schraube lösen
5. Rotor ein Stück nach unten schieben, bis die Schraube am oberen Hauptzahnrad sichtbar
wird; Schraube lösen und oberes Hauptzahnrad abnehmen
6. Schraube des Servoarms lösen
7. Bügel vorsichtig biegen und aushängen, danach Rotorwelle herausziehen
8. Verbleibende Teile des Hubschraubers, nach dem Entfernen von Kabinenhaube, Lande-
kufen und Rotorwelle
9. Abbildung der Upgrade-Teile
10. Schraube lösen

11. Neue Rotorwelle einstecken
12. Oberes Hauptzahnrad aufstecken, Schraube festdrehen
13. Schraube festdrehen
14. Unteres Hauptzahnrad und Befestigungsring aufstecken, Schraube festdrehen

15. Landekufen aufstecken und festschrauben
16. Stabilisator aufstecken, indem die runde Plastikkugel in die Metallhalterung gedrückt wird
17. Stabilisator festschrauben (keine Gewalt anwenden!)
18. Verbindungsstange aufclipsen
19. Rotorblätter beim alten Rotor entfernen
20. Rotorblätte im neuen Rotor festschrauben (auf richtige Orientierung achten, beim Fest-
schrauben keine Gewalt anwenden!)
21. Verbindungsstange aufclipsen
22. Servoarm anbringen
23. Kabinenhaube aufstecken und festschrauben
24. Fertig!

Operating Instructions
Aluminium Tuning Rotor Shaft
Item No. 20 53 02
1. Remove the screws from the canopy; take the canopy off
2. Remove the screws of the landing skids; take off the landing skids
3. Remove the screw; pull off the retaining ring and the lower main gear wheel
4. Loosen the screw
5. Push the rotor slightly downward until the screw is visible in the upper main gear wheel.
Loosen the screw and pull off the upper main gear wheel
6. Loosen the screw for the servo arm
7. Carefully bend the clip and detach it. Then pull the rotor shaft out
8. Remaining parts of the helicopter after removing the canopy; the landing skids and the rotor
shaft

11. Insert the new rotor shaft
12. Attach the upper main gear wheel; tighten the screw
13. Tighten the screw
14. Attach the lower main gear wheel and the retainer ring; tighten the screw

15. Attach the landing skid and fasten it tightly
16. Attach the anti-roll bar by pressing in the plastic ball in the metal bracket
17. Tighten the anti-roll bar with the screw (do not use force!)
18. Clip on the connection rod
19. Remove the rotor blades of the old rotor
20. Screw the rotor blades tightly onto the new rotor (observe the correct orientation; when
tightening the screw, do not use force!)
21. Clip on the connection rod
22. Attach the servo arm
23. Attach the canopy and tighten it with the screw
24. Done!
