Action
Check the cup system for leaks. See "Cup system" secti-
on
Clean connecting thread and filter screen (if applicable).
Check whether the gun air hose and the connection
pieces are blocked, bent or leaking, replace as required.
Replace the filter screen if it is blocked or remove it if
the material is very viscous.
Clean the gun body. Adjust the needle seal.
Check whether the material tip is loose or whether
the tip or needle have been deformed; tighten the tip
or replace the corresponding parts, as required. Check
whether the tip/needle combination is correct.
Slowly loosen the packing nut until the needle can return
to its position unhindered.
Soak air cap and/or material tip in solvent. Only clean the
air cap holes using non-metal objects in order to prevent
damage
Lightly tighten packing nut and check again. Repeat until
the packing is completely sealed.
Slowly loosen the packing nut until the needle can return
to its position unhindered.
Only use original house and gun.
Disconnect air hoses. Check that the O-ring is in place
in the connection piece on the turbine at the hose end.
When using a whip end, check that the seal is in place in
the connection piece. Securely fit all hose connections.
If Auto-Start works and the air valve at the hose end is
closed, clean the gun. See clean the gun.
Check that the material valve is closed. See detailed
drawing of the gun.
Replace the material valve O-ring. See detailed drawing
of the gun.
Replace the air valve. See detailed drawing.
