Reinigung

1. Remove end plate at the back of the motor.
2. Pull the sliders with connected rod carefully about 5 cm (2 in) out of the case. Move a small
piece of wood (about 16 mm thick) between slider and rod.
Attention!: Strong magnetic attraction forces (note safety instructions on page 4)!
Use non magnetic material (e.g. wood) to cover near-by iron components.
3. Pull slider with connected rod carefully out the bearings
4. Clean slider and stator with a soft disposable paper, ideally with the help of LU06 cleaning
spray (or methylated spirits or alcohol).
5. Afterwards, lubricate the bore of the stators with about 2-3 g (0.1 oz) grease LU04.
There should only be a slight film of lubricant. Note: Do not over lubricate!
6. Lubricate slider with about 2-3 g (0.1 oz) grease LU04. There should only be a slight film of
lubricant. Note: Do not over lubricate!
7. If necessary grease the linear ball bearings of the rod with grease LGEP2 from SKF.
8. Carefully move slider with connected rod straight back into the bearings. Remove piece of
wood and check if rod runs smoothly through the full stroke.
9. Mount end plate back to the case.
1. Hintere Endplatte des Gehäuses entfernen.
2. Läufer mit verbundener Schubstange 5 cm nach aussen ziehen und zur Sicherung ein
Holzstück (Dicke ca 16 mm) zwischen Läufer und Schubstange einführen!
Achtung!: Grosse magnetische Anziehungskräfte (beachte Warnhinweis auf S. 4)!
Gegebenenfalls sind naheliegende Eisenkonstruktionen mit nicht magnetischem Material
(z. B. Holz) abzudecken.
3. Läufer mit verbundener Schubstange vorsichtig herausziehen.
4. Läufer und das Innere des Gehäuses mit einem weichen Wegwerfpapier idealerweise
unter Zuhilfenahme von LU06 Reinigungsspray (alternativ Brennsprit oder Alkohol)
reinigen.
5. Danach Statorbohrung mit 2-3 g Fett LU04 einfetten, wobei lediglich ein leichter Fettfilm
auf der Innenseite vorhanden sein sollte. Hinweis: Überfettung vermeiden!
6. Läufer mit 2-3 g Fett LU04 leicht einfetten. Hinweis: Überfettung vermeiden!
7. Gegebenfalls die Linearkugellager mit Fett LGEP2 von SKF einfetten.
8. Läufer mit verbundener Schubstange vorsichtig und gerade in die Lager einführen.
Holzplatte entfernen und auf leichten Lauf achten.
9. Gehäuse Endplatte montieren.
Ref. to pt. 2: Pull slider with connected rod only about 5 cm (2 in) back. Then move a small
piece of wood between slider and rod. Pull slider out of the bearings.
Attention! Make sure that no magnetic parts or iron tools are stored close to the slider. Sliders
contain neodymium magnets and have a strong attractive force!
