■ Froth only cow's milk with this appliance. Other types of milk can be frothed

■ Well-cooled milk can be better frothed than less cold.
■ Do not froth the milk a second time, otherwise it may burn on.
■ Leave frothed milk to stand for about 30 seconds before you put the foam
