Info codes
In case errors in the measurement system or during installation, "INFO" appears in the
display. "INFO" flashes as long as the error exists and automatically disappears when the
error has been rectified.
The following info codes exist:
Info code Description
0 No irregularities found
1 The supply voltage has been interrupted
4 Temperature sensor T2 is outside of the measuring range*, con-
nection short-circuited/broken
8 Temperature sensor T1 is outside of the measuring range*, con-
nection short-circuited/broken
32 Temperature difference has the wrong polarity
128 The supply voltage is too low
16 Volume measuring section too weak or air;
Rinse/clean the piping system, device swap not necessary.
2 Volume measuring section, incorrect flow direction
* 0 °C ≤ temperature < 150 °C
Several info codes are added:
For example: Info code 12 (info codes 4 + 8) - both temperature sensors are outside the
measuring range

If the info codes 4 or 8 are displayed, no energy calculation is made and no volume
summation.
