Replacing the lock cylinder

• Open the door.
• Insert a key in the lock cylinder on the inside of the door.
• Turn the fastening screw completely out (1)-(2).
• Move the key slightly to the left or right (clockwise or counter-clockwise)
until the lock cylinder can be pulled out of the lock (3).
• Inserting the new lock cylinder is done in reverse order.

Installing the drive

Loosen the screws for the base fastener on the left and right on the door lock drive (1).

Remove the base fastener from the door lock drive.
Make sure that the nuts remain in the base fastener.
Put the base fastener (2) on the protruding part of the lock cylinder (door leaf (1)).
Fasten the base fastener with the screw (1) on top and bottom on the lock cylinder.
In certain cases, the base fastener can also be fastened to the door with two wood-
screws (2).
These two screws will damage the door leaf or the door fittings however.
This could lead to losing the rent deposit or damage deposit when dealing
with rental properties.
Normally, the two screws on the top and bottom of the base fastener are sufficient
for fastening the door lock drive.
