Solution
• Ensure that the machine is properly plugged into a grounded outlet.
• Check the power cord for tears and frays. Do not use machine if power cord is
damaged.
• For proper vacuum generation and sealing, it is essential that the edge of the
bag is placed precisely on the sealing bar. Make sure that the bag is inserted
into the vacuum chamber gasket and that the foil is not corrugated along the
sealing bar.
• If you prepare packaging bags from the roll, make sure that the first seal is
proper and tight.
• For the vacuum generation process to be successful, the machine and the bag
must be clean, dry and free of any food particles. Wipe off the surface of the
gasket and the interior of the bag, and try again.
