1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning and let
it cool down.
2. Remove the cooled plates by pulling the sli-
ding device to the front, the plate will jump
up.
3. If some fat should have dripped inside the
appliance, wait until it is lukewarm and
wipe it away with a kitchen paper.
4. The aluminium diecast plates can be clea-
ned either in the dishwasher or by hand.
Discolorations may occur in the dishwasher
and do not represent a risk or a reason for
complaint.

5. In case of strong crusts, soak the plates
overnight.
6. Use a damp cloth for cleaning of the
housing.
7. Do not use any scouring or corroding agents
or oven cleaners.
8. All parts must be dried before reassembling
the appliance.
9. For vertical storage wind the cable around
the cable storage in the bottom.
