15. Log on Outdoor Unit at the Basis Station

This has already been done by the manufacturer for the outdoor unit enclosed. Logging on again
therefore usually is not required!
Note: The outdoor unit can be logged on to a single basis station only. It is not possible to con-
nect, e.g. two outdoor units and two basis stations.
Proceed as follows:
• Both the outdoor unit and the basis station must be connected to the operating voltage.
• Keep the pager button (19) on the bottom of the basis station pushed for at least 5 seconds and then
release the button again.
• Briefly push the doorbell button (23) on the outdoor unit. This activates the outdoor unit.
• Push and hold the logon button (25) on the rear of the outdoor unit. If the basis station emits a sound
signal, the outdoor unit has been successfully logged on.
If a login process cannot be performed successfully, try switching off the operating voltage to the
outdoor unit. Remove any inserted batteries.
Start logging on at the basis station as described above (keep the pager button (19) at the bottom
of the basis station pushed for at least 5 seconds and then release it again).
Now keep the logon button (25) pushed and switch on the operating voltage to the outdoor unit
again.
