• Unscrew 4 M8 x 20 ﬂanged head screws (1) to the left

and right of the machine.

• Attach 4 support clamps (2) and insert grip rods.

• Attach 4 M5 x 35 cheese head screws (4) and 4 M5

hexagon nuts to secure grip rods (3) from accidental

slipping.

Make sure that your panel sizing circular saw has been

placed on a hard surface in a level and stable position.

Compensate for any irregularities in the ﬂoor surface. The

machine must be aligned prior to initial operation.

Important: Do not pull up on tables to adjust height!Use the

transport set!

• Preinstall screw down plates (1)

• Attach the M8 x 16 cheese head screws (2) loosely3

cheese head screws

• Insert guide pipe (3) Fig. D and set it parallel to the

table top (gap: 23 mm). In addition the guide pipe must

be positioned exactly parallel to the left side of the table;

it should not extend beyond the limits of the left side of

the table in either direction.Tighten the M8 x 16 cheese

head screws.

Insert the two threaded bolts into the guide slide.

• Open the cam lever (1) on the guide slide (2) (pull

upwards) and place the guide slide onto the guide pipe

from above.

• Set the fence rails (3) to low or high contact surface

depending on cutting width and tighten the wing nuts.

Adjusting the fence

To align the fence to the saw blade unscrew the four cheese

head screws (4) and clamp the guide slide approx. 100

mm from the saw blade. Place an approx. 600 mm long

straight lath at the saw blade and set the fence parallel by

repeatedly measuring and adjusting. Tighten the cheese

head screws (4).

Important!

Always use the push-stick for cutting widths less than 120

mm.

• Always use the push-stick when cutting narrow

workpieces (less than 120 mm in width) lengthwise.

Use the push-grip to push small, specially formed

workpieces.

Adjust reading glass.

Place the fence rail onto the saw blade and clamp the cam

lever (1) in place. Unscrew reading glass fastening screws

and set the graduation mark exactly above the zero mark

on the scale.

If cam lever (1) is locked and cam lever (2) is open use the

adjustment spindle (3) for ﬁne adjustment.

• Attach screw down plate (1) to the support clamp (2).

• Screw holding rod (3) into the screw down plate (1) and

fasten the suction hose (4) to the saw blade protector (5)

and ejection connection piece (6).

• Clamp hose ends to the hose band clips on the saw

blade protector and ejection connection pieces.

Place the tool kit for the panel sizing circular saw in the

tool holder for easy access.

Install the crosscut / mitre gauge in the panel sizing sliding

table.

Use socket pin and lock lever to lock in position at 0° and

45°.

Main switch for 400 V / 50 Hz, Fig. P

• Set main switch to 1: the motor is now ready for

operation.

• Press the green ON button on the operating switch: the

motor starts.

• To switch off the motor press the red OFF button.

• Set main switch to 0: the motor is de-energized.

Important:

The protective cover (1) Fig. Q must be closed so that the

limit switch is depressed.

We recommend that you:

Secure the main switch with a padlock after work has been

completed and during extended work breaks. This prevents

unauthorized use of the machine.

Your panel sizing circular saw is now assembled.
