Problem
Pump has no suction • Lid 4 is not fitted correctly
or too little suction
• Overflow protection 5 is wrongly
• Suction regulator dial 1 is not fitted
• Pump unit is not fitted correctly:
• Lip valve is incorrectly positioned
• Pump is being held at an angle
Pump lever feels stiff • Too much friction on the piston

14. Technical Data

• Ensure that the lid has been fully pressed on
(see Section 8.).
• Check that the overflow protection is correctly
positioned and aligned.
• Pull the dial off, rotate slightly, and press back
on.
• Remove pump unit and replace. Check that the
intake fitting on the lid 4 is fully inserted into
the suction connector on the pump unit 2 (see
Section 8.).
• Position the lip valve correctly
(see Section 8.).
• Hold the pump as upright as possible.
• Remove pump unit 2. Press hand lever as far as
possible. Apply a little baby oil to the piston
seal.
• The connecting piece must point towards the
suction funnel (see Section 8.).
• Pull the dial off. Apply a drop of baby oil to the
suction regulator. Press the dial back on.
