Vertical lifting of the person with the RsqTec TURTLE transform:
Caution: To prevent injury to the person (suspension trauma), the person may only be transported in a vertical position for a
short time (a few minutes).
(j) 1x hanging loop
Attach the lanyard of the hoist to the suspension loop (j) (centered within the loop provided) and lift the person
using suitable lifting equipment.
During this procedure, take particular care to ensure that no excessive pressure is exerted on the injured
person. If necessary, check and adjust the position of the belt.
Horizontal pulling of the person with the RsqTec TURTLE transform:
(c) Head loop
(d) Buttock strap
The person can be pulled horizontally and up to an angle of approx. 45° (head up) using the head loop (c). The
pulling direction must be approximately in line with the longitudinal axis of the stretcher. The stretcher can be
pulled by hand or using a suitable pulling device.
The same procedure can also be carried out with the buttock strap (d) in the direction of the person's feet.
