Practical advice
The torque depends on the impact
duration . The maximum achievable
torque is the sum of all individual
torques achieved by the impact . The
maximum torque is reached after an
impact duration of 6–10 seconds . After
this duration, the tightening torque
increases only minimally .
The impact duration is to be
determined for each required
tightening torque . The actual tightening
torque achieved should always be
checked with a torque wrench .
The tightening torque depends on the
impact duration .
In order to achieve optimum impact
o
force, do not exert any pressure
against the screw/nut .
Only use the product to tighten screws
o
and nuts for pre-assembly work . It
is not the product that achieves the
desired target torque of the screw or
nut, but a torque wrench that is set to
the target torque .
Check the tightening torque actually
o
achieved with a torque wrench .

Switch off the product and remove the

battery pack . Let all moving parts

Remove the insertion tool .
