Faults and causes

The stove heats badly or smokes if:
The stove was selected as too small for the
size or construction of the room.
The stove or stove pipe is covered in soot.
The connection of the stove on the chimney is
not airtight.
The stove is heated with the wrong fuel.
The stove was incorrectly connected or the
chimney is overloaded.
There is no fresh air supply from the outside. Air out the room more often and remove any

General information

Within the scope of the warranty guidelines, the seller assumes a two-year guarantee, except-
ing physical expansion noises and parts that are exposed directly to the fire, chamotte slabs,
glass, seals, and parts subject to wear. The guarantee begins with the day of delivery. The
invoice must be presented as proof.

Warranty guidelines

1. The seller assumes a guarantee for the duration of two years from delivery to the end con-
sumer, calculated for:
1a) Perfect material composition and processing that correspond to the purpose
1b) Proper assembly
1c) Observance of the nominal heating output (watt) according to DIN 18891/EN13240 and the
room heating capacity according to DIN 18893 (see the type plate, technical data on the
data sheet, or brochure information). The warranties a) through c) extend to the free servic-
ing of the appliance or faulty parts. There is a claim to free replacement only for parts with
material faults or faults due to factory processing. Claims going beyond this are excluded.
2. The seller assumes no guarantee for damage and faults on appliances or their parts caused
by:

Select the right stove size.
Clean the stove and stove pipe in a timely
manner.

Use fuels according to the operating instruc-
tions.
