The heater is equipped with an occupancy detector, but the ambient
temperature at the start of the Comfort mode operating time is not sufficient:
- Check the reduction level in Eco mode (see page 34):
- If it is below -3.5°C, for example -5°C, the difference between the set
temperature for Comfort and Eco modes is too high, which explains the
EN
perceived temperature difference at the beginning of the Comfort mode
operating period. It is therefore recommended to set it to its default value of
-3.5°C.
- If the reduction level in Eco mode is -3.5°C, set it to -2°C to reduce the
difference in the set temperature between Comfort and Eco modes.
Boost or Super Comfort modes are not triggered:
- Check the duration of the Boost or Super Comfort modes (see the section Boost
function duration on page 17).
- Check the programming - see the section "Displaying programmes" (on page 31).
- Make sure the time and day are set correctly on your programmable remote
controller - see the section "Day and time settings" (on page 24).
FILE will appear on the display:
- The filter on your heater is clogged with dust. Clean or replace it.
No symbol appears on the remote controller display:
- Replace the 2 batteries.
You want to increase or decrease the set temperature, but pressing a key on
the remote controller keypad has no effect:
- If the padlock symbol is displayed, the keypad lock is activated.
Unlock the keypad as instructed in the operation manual, section Child
tamper protection (see page 21).
- Check the changes, temperature setting limits (see page 36).
You have made a mistake when performing advanced settings:
- Simply restore the factory settings - see the section "Factory reset" (on pages 39, 49
and 55).
Please read the troubleshooting section of your device's operation manual.
