TROUBLESHOOTING

Batteries are depleted or unsuitable.
- Replace the 2 batteries. Use only 1.5 V LR6 alkaline batteries.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.

The radio connection is not working properly:
First:
- Check the radio signal quality level (see Checking radio signal strength on page 11).
If the level is low, make sure that radio transmission has not been interrupted, move
the remote controller closer to the device it controls.
- Check that the control device is not affected by an external heat source (see the
installation and operation manual).
1. The device does not receive the commands sent by the remote controller:
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote controller.
- Cancel the radio pairing with the device and then repeat the radio pairing procedure
(see the installation and operation manual).
2. The device does not recognise a radio message from the remote controller:
- Repeat the radio pairing procedure on the remote controller (see Radio connection
between the remote controller and the remote-controlled device on page 9).
- Pair the remote controller with the device again (see page 9).
3. The device or remote controller is affected by interference:
- Move the remote controller out of the affected area.
- Move the parasitic transmitter.
4. Loss of radio connection between the device and the remote controller:
- Repeat the radio pairing procedure (see the section Radio connection between
the remote controller and the remote controlled-device on page 9 and see the
installation and operation manual for the control device).
The ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature:
- Check the programming mode. It is possible that you are in the programmed Eco
operating time.
- Check the time settings.
- Otherwise, turn off the power for 5 seconds and then turn it back on.
The ambient temperature measured by the thermometer after several hours
does not correspond to the set temperature.
- Correction is always possible, you can refine the device settings (see page 53).
