Fault description
Dispenser does not work when the
dispensing button is pressed.
Dispenser is working, but no product
is dispensed (no foam).
Dispenser releases product even
though the dispense button is not
pressed (will not turn off).
Product concentration too high or too
low.
Base section or equipment sump is
overflowing.

Cause
Angle valve of the water
supply closed.
Pushbutton pin has come out. Attach the pushbutton pin to
Spray nozzle blocked.
Faulty clean water valve.
Water pressure of the clean
water supply is too low
No product inserted or
product is empty.
Spray nozzle is clogged
Water valve is dirty
Water pressure of the clean
water supply is too high
Clean water supply pressure
too high or too low.
Clean water temperature too
high or too low.
Spray nozzle clogged or
uneven spray.
Product capsule dissolves
unevenly.
Water pressure of the clean
water supply is too high
Product outlet is clogged or
product drain pipe is clogged
or kinked.

Remedy
Open the angle valve.
the clean water valve and
thread it into the guide on the
water distributor.
Clean and descale the spray
nozzle.
Replace the clean water
valve.
Check the water pressure
of the onsite water supply,
adjust if necessary.
Insert product.
Clean and descale the spray

Clean or replace the water
