4.2 Verdichter und Zubehör
Die nachfolgende Beschreibung umfasst nur Komponenten,
die von den Sicherheits bestim mungen betroffen sind.
Ansonsten gelten die oben erwähnten Vorschriften.

Schutzklasse des elektrischen Anschlusskastens
und elektrischen Zubehörs unbedingt gewährleisten!
Kabeldurchführungen mit höchster Sorgfalt und nur mit
den dafür geeigneten Dichtelementen ausführen!
• Elektrischer Anschlusskasten
Der Anschlusskasten ist in Schutzklasse IP54 oder höher
ausgeführt und entspricht somit den für "Gefährdungs-
zone 2" geltenden Vorschriften
• Schutzgeräte
Kolbenverdichter: SE-B1 / SE-B2
Schraubenverdichter: SE-E1 / SE-E2 / SE-C2
Das Schutzgerät wird jeweils als Beipack geliefert und
muss im Schaltschrank installiert werden

anschließen.
Hubkolbenverdichter:
Gefahr von Induktion!
Nur abgeschirmte Kabel für die Verbindungsleitungen
(PTC-Messkreis) zwischen Klemmen 1/2 (SE-B1) und
3/4 (Stromdurchführungsplatte) verwenden.
Druckgastemperatursensor in Reihe zu Klemmen 3/4
einbinden.
Schraubenverdichter:
Besondere Hinweise zum Einbau in den Schaltschrank
siehe Handbuch SH-170 (CSH/CSW), Kapitel 8.2.
• Einsatz von extrenen Frequenzumrichtern (FU) zur
Drehzahlregelung
FU außerhalb der "Gefährdungszone 2" in den Schalt-
schrank einbauen. Abgeschirmte Kabel zwischen FU und
Verdichter sowie metallische Kabelverschraubungen ver-
wenden
• Anlaufentlastung / Leistungsregelung / Ölheizung /
Zusatzlüfter – für Hubkolbenverdichter
Sind als optionales Zubehör lieferbar. Sie sind in Schutz-
klasse IP54 oder höher ausgeführt und entsprechen somit
den für "Gefährdungszone 2" geltenden Vorschriften
• Öldruckschalter / Ölniveau-Überwachung
Elektronische Ölniveau-Überwachung OLC-K1 (Verdichter
Serien CE3 / CE4S), elektronische Öldruckschalter
Delta-PII (Verdichter Serien BE5 / BE6 / CE8) sowie opto-
elektonische Ölniveau-Überwachung OLC-D1-S (Schrau-
benverdichter CSH/CSW) und OLC-D1-D (Ölabscheider
KT-660-3
4.2 Compressor and accessories
The following description only comprises components affec-
ted by the safety regulations. Otherwise, the above-mentio-
ned regulations shall apply.

Absolutely guarantee the protection class of the electri-
cal terminal box and of the electrical accessories!
Execute cable bushings with extreme care using only
the sealing elements suitable for this purpose!
• Electrical terminal box
The terminal box has been designed in protection class
IP54 or higher and thus complies with the regulations
required for "hazardous zone 2".
• Protection devices
Reciprocating compressors: SE-B1 / SE-B2
Screw compressors: SE-E1 / SE-E2 / SE-C2
The protective device is delivered as separately packaged
item and must be installed in the switch board

Connect protecting device as specified on the schema-
tic wiring diagram.
Reciprocating compressor:
Danger of induction!
Use shielded cables only for the connecting lines (PTC
measurement circuit) between terminals 1/2 (SE-B1)
and 3/4 (terminal plate).
Connect discharge gas temperature sensor in series
with terminals 3/4.
Screw compressors:
For special information on the installation in the switch
board, see manual SH-170 (CSH/CSW), chapter 8.2
• Use of extrenal frequency inverters (FI) for speed
control
Install FI in switch board outside "hazardous zone 2". Use
shielded cables between FI and compressor and metallic
screwed cable glands
• Start unloading / Capacity control / Oil heater /
Additional fan – for reciprocating compressors
Are available as optional accessories. They have been
designed in protection class IP54 or higher and thus com-
ply with the regulations required for "hazardous zone 2"
• Oil pressure switch / Oil level monitoring
Electronic oil level monitoring OLC-K1 (compressor
series CE3 / CE4S), electronic oil pressure switch
Delta-PII (compressor series BE5 / BE6 / CE8), optoelec-
tronic oil level monitoring OLC-D1-S (screw compressor
CSH/CSW) and OLC-D1-D (oil separator for screw com-
