14. COMMON PROBLEMS

Problem
The green LED of the radar is always on after installation and the barrier boom does not
close.
Solution
Remove all objects from the radar detection area and perform a new "Background Lear-
ning".
Problem
The pedestrian is in front of the radar and the green LED is off.
Solution
Change the settings from "Low: Vehicles only" to "High: Pedestrians and vehicles".
Problem
The red LED of the radar is flashing continuously.
Solution
It is recommended to connect an additional 12V-1A power adapter.
