In order to disassemble and repair the unit in
question, be sure to disconnect the power cord
plug from the power outlet before starting the work.
if it is necessary to replace any parts, they should
be replaced with respectiva genuine parts for the
unit, and 'tthe replacement. must be effected in
correct manner according to the instructions in
the Service Manual of the unit.
If the contacts of electrical parts are defective,
replace the electrical parts without trying to
repair them.
After completion of repairs, the initial state should
be restored.
Lead wires should be connected and laid as in
the initial state.
Modification of the unit by user himself should
absolutely be prohibited.
Tools and measuring instruments for use in re-
pairs or inspection should be accurately calibrated
in advance.
. In installing the unit having been repaired, be
careful to prevent the occurence of any accident
such as electrical shock, leak of current, or bodily
injury due to the drop of any part.
To check the insulation of the unit, measure the
insulation resistance between the power cord plug
and grounding terminal of the unit. The insulation
resistance should be 1 MQ or more as measured
by a 500V DC megger.
The initial location of installation such as window,
floor or the other should be checked for being and
safe enough to support the repaired unit again.
If it is found not so strong and safe, the unit should
be installed at the initial location reinforced or at
a new location.
Any inflammable thing should never be placed
about the location of installation.
Check the grounding to see whether it is proper
or not, and if it is found improper, connect the
grounding terminal to the earth.

Vergessen Sie beim Ausbau oder bei der
Reparatur des betreffenden Gerats nicht, vor
Beginn der Arbeit den Stecker des Stromkabels
aus der Netzsteckdose zu ziehen.
Falls Teile ersetzt weden missen, sollten
ausschlieBlich passende, fiir das betreffende Gerat
bestimmte Ersaizteile verwendet werden und nach
den Vorschriften im ServiceHandbuch sachgemaB
eingebaut werden.
Nach AbschluB der Reparaturarbeiten ist das Gerat
wieder in den urspriinglichen Zustand zu bringen.
Leitungsdrahte sind anzuschlieBen und wie vor
der Reparatur zu verlegen.
Der Besitzer sollte unter keinen Umstanden selber
Anderungen am Gerat vornehmen.
Werkzeuge und MeBgerate, die bei Reparaturen
oder Inspektionen verwendet werden, sollten im,
Voraus genau geeicht werden.
Beim Wiedereinbau des reparierten Gerats ist
vorsichtig umzugehen, um Unfalle wie elektrischen
Schlag, Stromableitung oder Verletzungen durch
herunterfallende Teile zu vermeiden.
Zur Priifung der Isolierung des Gerats ist der
Isolierweiderstand zwischen dem Stecker des
Stromkabels und der Erdungsklemme des Gerats
zu messen. Der Isolierwiderstand, gemessen mit
einem 500V Gleichstrom-Megohmmeter, sollte
mindestens 1 MQ betragen.
Der urspriingliche Installationsort, z.B. Fenster,
Boden oder sonstige Stellen, ist darauf zu prifen,
ob er das reparierte Gerat wieder sicher
aufnehmen kann. Falls er sich als nicht fest und
sicher genug erweist, sollte das Gerat entweder
mit zusatzlicher Verstarkung am urspriinglichen
Ort oder an einem neuen Ort installiert werden.
In der Nahe des installationsorts sollten keinerlei
brennbare Gegenstande abgestellt werden.
Priifen Sie, ob das Gerat ordnungsgema4B geerdet
ist. Falls die Erdung unvollstandig ist, schlieBen
Sie die Erdungsklemme richtig an Erde an.
