4. Safety Instructions

The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by fail-
ure to observe these safety instructions! We do not assume any
liability for any consequential damage!
We do not assume any liability for material and personal dam-
age caused by improper use or non-compliance with the safety
instructions. The warranty will be void in such cases.
• The system components must not be modified or converted,
as not only the CE approval will become void but also the war-
ranty.
• Do not touch leaking or oxidised batteries with your bare
hands. Use protective gloves.
• The system components must not be exposed to extreme
temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration, humidity or
heavy mechanical stress.
• After rapid changes in temperature, the system components
require some time to adjust to the ambient temperature. Wait
until the components have adjusted to the ambient tempera-
ture before use.
• The provided components are not toys and should be kept out
of the reach of children!
• Please contact qualified personnel if you are unsure about the
safety or the correct use of the product.
• Never leave the packaging material lying around unattended.
Plastic film/bags etc. can be dangerous playthings for chil-
dren, there is a risk of suffocation.
• If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer
possible, disconnect the device immediately and secure it
against inadvertent operation.
• It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
- the device is visibly damaged,
- the device no longer works and
- if the device was stored under unfavourable conditions for a
long period of time
