Before First Use
• Clean all parts of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• Ensure the appliance is completely dry before beginning food dehydration.
• Check that all parts are correctly assembled.
Preparing Food for Drying
• Always use fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Ideally, choose fruit that has ripened naturally on the tree—it contains the highest
amount of natural sugar.
• Adding sugar can result in a bitter taste.
• Do not use overripe, rotten, or damaged fruit and vegetables. If the produce has
bruised or discolored spots, remove them before drying.
• Some types of fruit, such as apples, pears, or apricots, are treated before drying to
slow the loss of vitamins and prevent discoloration.
• Always thoroughly wash all fruit and vegetables before processing to remove dirt,
bacteria, and other unwanted substances.
• Peeling fruit and vegetables before drying is optional—the peel may harden during
the process. It depends on your personal preference.
• Certain vegetables may require brief steaming or blanching due to their different
structure.
Assembling the Dehydrator
• Place the appliance on a stable and flat surface, such as a table. Ensure the power
cord can reach an electrical outlet.
• Prepare and slice ingredients according to the instructions. Arrange them on the
drying trays as needed.
• Stack the trays on the main unit of the appliance. Ensure all trays are correctly and
evenly positioned.
• Switch on the appliance.
Setting Temperature and Time
• When the appliance is turned on, the display will automatically show the default
setting: 70 °C and 12:00 hours.
You can adjust the temperature by pressing the appropriate button and then using the

buttons to set the desired value. The temperature range is from 40 °C to 70 °C.
• To set the drying time, press the button again and use the
or
buttons. The drying
time can be set from 1 to 48 hours.
• After drying is complete, press the power button and turn the dial to switch the
appliance off.
