Basic Picture-Taking
Taking Your First Picture
1. Connect a power source to the CAMERA (See page 26)
(A battery pack or an AC power adapter)
2. Set the device to CAMERA mode and the
power switch to the REC mode.
Open the LCD monitor.
Ensure that the Memory Stick has been
properly inserted into the device.
Make sure the image you want to record
appears on the LCD monitor or viewfinder.
Make sure the battery level indicates that
there is enough remaining power for your
expected recording time.
3. Press the Photo Button halfway down to set the
focus.
A Sound Effect will play when the focus is
set.
Press the Photo Button halfway down to
automatically set the focus, White Balance,
and exposure for the best results.
4. Press the Photo Button firmly to take a picture.
While the camcorder is recording the still
image, "
" appears on the screen.
Note
This Auto Power off feature is designed to save battery power.
Take a photograph in 2m distance from a photographic subject in
low illumination.

Ihre erste Einzelbildaufnahme
1. Schließen Sie die Camera an die Stromversorgung an (siehe Seite
26; Akku oder Netzteil).

Hinweise
Durch die Ausschaltautomatik wird Akkustrom gespart.
Bei schwacher Beleuchtung sollten Sie bei der Aufnahme nicht
mehr als 2 m vom Motiv entfernt sein.
2. Aktivieren Sie den CAMERA-Modus, und stellen
Sie den Betriebsmodusschalter auf REC.
Klappen Sie den LCD-Monitor aus.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Memory Stick
fehlerfrei eingelegt ist.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr
Aufnahmemotiv auf dem LCD-Monitor oder
dem Suchermonitor angezeigt wird.
Überprüfen Sie anhand der
Ladezustandsanzeige, ob der Akku
ausreichend geladen ist.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste PHOTO halb nach unten,
um den Fokus einzustellen.
Wenn der Fokus eingestellt ist, ertönt ein
akustisches Signal.
Wenn Sie die Taste PHOTO halb nach unten
drücken, werden Fokus, Weißabgleich und
Belichtung automatisch eingestellt. Damit
erzielen Sie unter normalen Bedingungen die
besten Aufnahmeergebnisse.
4. Um ein Foto aufzunehmen drücken Sie die
Taste Photo ganz nach unten.
Beim Speichern wird auf dem Monitor das
Symbol "
" angezeigt.
